Rev. Dr. Connie Baylor Welch-DuJardin is the Chairman, Board of Directors and President of Emmanuel Christian Institute, Inc. Dr. Welch-DuJardin is also the President of Connie Welch Ministries, International. Dr. Welch-DuJardin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Virginia State University and her Masters of Divinity (cum laude) and Doctor of Ministry degrees from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. She is the former Dean of Women and Professor of Homiletics, Theology, and Biblical Interpretation at Valley Forge Christian College, Woodbridge, VA campus (now University of Valley Forge). Dr. Welch-DuJardin is an International Preacher, Teacher, and Business Owner who has conducted leadership, entrepreneurship, women and youth seminars in both the U.S. and abroad. She is the author of Moving Out From The Pew: Equipping The Saints for The Work of Ministry, A Training Manual For Lay Leaders (ISBN 978-1-5127-6703-2 and 978-1-5127-6702-5 (ebook). Dr. Welch is also the Founding Principal of Connie Welch and Associates, a management consulting firm. Previously, Dr. Welch served 20 years with the federal government (at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and the US Environmental Protection Agency) as a Chemist, Product Manager and Branch Chief. She is currently Vice President of toXcel, LLC a toxicology and engineering consulting firm located in Northern VA. Dr. Welch enjoys teaching any of the Accelerated Biblical Studies, Biblical Interpretation, Theology, Homiletics, and Public Speaking courses whenever her schedule permits. She resides in Sarasota, Florida with her husband Dr. Ralf DuJardin.

Donna Spence received her BA in Psychology from George Mason University and her MA in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. She is the founding Director of Tamar Recovery Program, a victim advocate ministry, dedicated to healing and helping the hurting and the brokenhearted. She has previously worked as a Victim Advocate and Prevention Specialist with the US military and with Fairfax County (VA). Donna is a former faculty member of Valley Forge Christian College, Phoenixville PA and Woodbridge, VA. Donna loves art, dance, music, reading, and developing her relationship with Christ. Ms. Spence teaches Legal and Ethical Issues in Counseling, Marriage and Family Issues, and Worship and the Fine Arts/Dance.

Quentin Newhouse, Jr., PhD Vice President for Institutional Advancement BA, Psychology, Marietta College MS, General Experimental Psychology, PhD, Experimental Social Psychology, Howard University. As a University Professor and Campus Administrator, Dr. Quentin Newhouse Jr.’s collegiate career spans more than four decades. Dr. Newhouse is the VP for Institutional Advancement and Director of Online Programs for ECI. Dr. Newhouse earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marietta College, a Master of Science degree in General Experimental Psychology and a PhD in Experimental Social Psychology from Howard University (1980). He has also completed courses toward a Master of Business Administration degree at Strayer University. Dr. Newhouse is also currently the President of Q Newhouse Structured Coaching Strategies, Inc. (QNSCS), a Canadian Corporation. In addition, he serves as a Deacon, member of the Governing Board, Choirmaster and Co-coordinator for the Men’s Fellowship Group at Temple Baptist Church, located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
John Ranalli, JD BS, St. John Neumann University MBA, Strayer University JD, American University Member of the VA Bar since 2004. John Ranalli owns businesses in Woodbridge and Clifton, VA. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John Neumann University, an MBA degree from Strayer University, and his Juris Doctorate from American University. John specializes in environmental law and has been a member of the VA Bar since 2004. He owns an accounting business and other franchises in Northern VA. John likes to teach environmental ethics and policy courses.
Najm Shamim, PhD PhD, Chemistry, Howard University Msc, Chemistry, Catholic University, is the Founding Member and Former Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Islamic Center of Maryland. He is currently a member of the Interfaith Dialogue Committee, sponsoring and participating in interfaith communications and events. And, he is a member of the Zakat committee, where he is responsible for the distribution of funds to the poor, and an active volunteer in providing food and shelter to the homeless in Montgomery County, MD. Dr. Shamim earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from Howard University and his Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Catholic University. He is a former federal employee, having served as a Chemist with the Environmental Protection Agency.
